Just a "quickie" before I go to work.
My Aunt Jennie seems to be settling in pretty well at the new place. She gave us a run for our money on Friday when we got there. She was refusing to stay. She even left the building and went and sat in the car. My cousin Debbie tried to talk her into staying, over and over and over again! What finally worked and got her out of the car was when I said, "Hey Aunt Jen, your jewelry is in your room. You'd better go get it." Voila, her ears perked up, she got out of the car and went down to her room. My cousin Al had a one on one with her and he seemed to be able to talk her into staying. Apparantly she took a nap and when they got her up for dinner she was a new person. We're not going to see her for at least a week, but we've been calling everyday and they say that she's being a model resident! Whew, what a relief!!!
Gotta go, busy Sunday at work!! C-Ya.
