Any of you that have followed Sandi's blog know that since I'm blogging on my own that that must mean one thing. Yep, she's HOME!!! She got to come home this afternoon. She sounds good. Tired and weak, but good. So that's great!!! I'm sure she'll be telling us all about it soon.
I think I'm finally starting to get over this whatever it is that I've had for a while now. I haven't had a voice since Sunday afternoon. I started on antibiotics on Monday and I actually woke up feeling halfway decent this morning. It seems that the voice it trying to make a comeback today too. This is the first day that I can talk where it doesn't hurt or sound too awful. Yea!!!
Alright, if any of you are watching A. Idol PLEASE tell me that that Amanda O. girl just butchered one of my favorite songs last nigt. I was a HUGE Kansas fan back in the day, and it almost made my ears bleed listening to her kill it. I am way more of a rock fan than a pop music fan. Never cared for pop all that much, but I do have to say that I did have a crush on David Cassidy once myself (hi Kim). So, I thought I was gonna like this girl more. Oh well, there's always the rockin' guys. I don't think I'll be watching the results show tonight. The Pens are on and I've got to see how they're going to do with the new guys we got. I know Marion Hossa is the better player, but I'm sure gonna miss Colby Armstrong.

Thank you! Yes! Amanda killed a wonderful Kansas song. She not only made my ears bleed; she made my eyes bleed, too. And finally snarky Simon cut her down. He was liking her up to this point and I just didn't get that. As for originality...I can take you to any redneck karaoke bar in central PA and show you someone just like her.....

I can't believe Hossa went down already! Hope that's not a sign of things to come. I don't like when they screw with good hockey chemistry!
Chris....yes, my eyes....LOL....she has to do something with that hair. And Gina, I know there are tons of people who have liked her and I just don't get it. I must be missing that gene!!!
